What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts with window & door fabricators
- Delivering a first-class, customer-centric experience that drives loyalty and volume
- Identifying untapped opportunities and turning them into revenue
- Collaborating with Commercial and Trade Sales teams to execute a joined-up sales strategy
- Helping customers expand their product range and maximise production capacity
What you bring:
- Strong knowledge of the construction market across the South West & Wales
- A solid network within fenestration – fabricators, contractors, installers, architects
- Proven sales success: hitting targets consistently
- Commercial savvy with the ability to quickly grasp technical product knowledge
- Confidence, credibility, and the ability to influence at every level
