- Conduct fault diagnosis, vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all faults are accurately diagnosed and reported to the Workshop Controller
- Maintain vehicle safety, reliability, and performance through high-quality workmanship
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and quality procedures at all times
- Work efficiently within a team to meet productivity targets
- Keep thorough records of work carried out and parts used
- Assist with vehicle inspections and roadside diagnostics as required
- Support colleagues in a professional, customer-focused environment
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Valid UK driving licence
- Preferably hold an active MOT licence
- Ability to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Motivated individual with a proactive approach to work
- Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
- Previous experience working within a franchise dealership is advantageous but not essential
