This role sits within an established multidisciplinary consultancy delivering Building Surveying services across public sector housing and wider property sectors, with responsibility for technical delivery, project leadership, and client ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead Building Surveying projects from inception through completion
- Manage contract administration across public sector housing instructions
- Undertake surveys, inspections, defect analysis, and technical reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities
- Support and direct junior team members across project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS Chartered status or equivalent preferred
- Strong consultancy-based Building Surveying experience
- Public sector housing project background
- Experience managing technical delivery and client-facing instructions
Salary & Package
- £60,000–£70,000 base salary
