The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale new build projects for reputable main contractors, with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to site management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
- Ensuring successful project delivery from build phase through to completion
Requirements:
- Strong background with recognised main contractors
- Experience on major new build projects (£30m+ ideally)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential
- Stable career history with demonstrable project success
